Highlight-free Injection Molding


Visual characteristics: high-gloss surface with a mirror-like finish, no weld lines or sink marks, a refined and premium texture, no need for paint spraying, and pure, uniform color.
Process characteristics: No painting required, making it more environmentally friendly; reduces subsequent processing steps and results in a high yield of good parts. However, mold costs are high, and stringent control is required over equipment and process parameters.

Low-pressure Injection Molding


Visual characteristics: high surface smoothness, excellent appearance quality, crisp and robust styling, as well as a pleasant tactile feel and aesthetic appeal.
Process characteristics: low injection pressure, excellent temperature control, preservation of material physical properties, environmental friendliness, and a wide range of applications.
