Shanghai Accessory Kit Production Line
Based at Shanghai Huawei Factory, the Shanghai Accessory Kit Manufacturing Center is equipped with an automated production line for Compressor featuring an industry-leading automation rate of 85%. We also operate an automatic tire sealant filling line and a warning triangle production line, each with an annual capacity of 1.5 million sets. The entire workshop adopts the MES system. Production orders, work instructions, quality inspections, report generation and abnormality alerts are all managed electronically. The whole process is traceable and all production data is fully recorded.
Shouxian Factory, Anhui
The Accessory Kit Division has established a production base in Shouxian, Anhui, specializing in tool bags and reflective vests. Equipped with more than 40 sewing machines including flat sewing machines, compound feed sewing machines, high post sewing machines and fully automatic computer pattern sewing machines, the annual production capacity reaches 1 million sets.
To support clients, the site also features a Accessory Kit assembly line. It is fitted with inspection devices such as vision error-proof systems and weight checking systems to eliminate assembly omissions.
Ho Chi Minh Factory, Vietnam
The Vietnam Manufacturing Center for Accessory Kit is based at Rongbaoyu Factory in Vietnam. It runs an automated production line for Compressor with an industry-leading automation rate of 90%, delivering an annual capacity of 2 million sets. The entire workshop is also equipped with the MES system. Production orders, work instructions, routine quality inspections, report generation and fault alerts are all managed electronically. The entire production process is traceable and all data is well documented.
