In terms of core process layout, Hua Wei has established a comprehensive process system that fully meets the core processing needs of automotive interiors, covering key technologies such as INS, IMD, IML, wrapping, low-pressure injection molding, spraying, hydro transfer printing and assembly. With exquisite process control capability, it provides one-stop processing services for clients from appearance design to finished product delivery. Meanwhile, the company focuses on the research and innovation of intelligent interior solutions, integrating cutting-edge technologies including intelligent sensing and human-computer interaction to develop intelligent interior products that balance comfort, technology and safety. Its product portfolio includes intelligent ambient lights, touch-sensitive interior components and intelligent storage modules, offering core support for the intelligent upgrading of automotive cabins. In addition, Hua Wei has expanded its business to vehicle tool series. With strict quality control standards, it manufactures a full range of vehicle tools such as emergency supplies and safety protection tools to meet the practical needs of vehicle manufacturers and end users.

In terms of research, development and manufacturing strength, Hua Wei boasts complete capabilities in design, development as well as mold and inspection tool design and production. Equipped with a professional R&D team and a modern processing workshop for molds and inspection tools, the company realizes full independent control over the entire process, ranging from product conceptual design and structural development to mold manufacturing and mass production. It efficiently responds to customized requirements, shortens R&D cycles and enhances core product competitiveness.

Through continuous optimization and upgrading of systems covering procurement, logistics, manufacturing, sales, after-sales service and supplier quality management, Hua Wei has gained wide recognition across the industry. From 2005 to 2007, it successively received important honors including Outstanding Supplier, Project Cooperation Award and Continuous Improvement Award from Yanfeng Visteon, China’s largest automotive interior system supplier. The company has also obtained multiple certifications, including ISO9002/QS9000, ISO/TS16949:2002, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and national 3C quality system certification, demonstrating its firm commitment to quality management and sustainable development.

To further expand its business territory and achieve long-term strategic development goals, Hua Wei relocated its headquarters from Hangtou, Pudong to Baoshan District, Shanghai in 2018, with a total investment of over 400 million CNY. The new factory covers more than 80 mu with a building area of over 80,000 square meters, equipped with supporting facilities including modern office areas, full-process production workshops, intelligent warehouses and staff dormitories. Multiple intelligent production lines are deployed in the workshops, including high-gloss & UV spraying lines, water-based paint lines, automatic hydro transfer printing lines, INS lines, IMD lines, TOM lines, intelligent lighting workshops, vehicle tool workshops and general assembly lines. Supported by comprehensive process coverage and strong R&D and manufacturing capabilities, the company’s annual production capacity has reached 30 million pieces, laying a solid foundation for large-scale business development.
