【Job Description】

  1. Assist in the development and implementation of human resources management policies and procedures, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and other related areas.
  2. Responsible for employee relations management, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract administration, to ensure compliance.
  3. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  4. Organize and coordinate employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and performance.
  5. Responsible for employee performance appraisal and compensation management, ensuring fairness and impartiality.
  6. Assist in establishing and maintaining employee records and databases, and provide relevant reports and analyses.
  7. Participate in corporate culture development, organize employee activities, and enhance employee satisfaction.

【Skill Requirements】

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of human resources work experience; candidates with recruitment and training experience are preferred.
  3. Familiar with human resource management processes and relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Possesses strong communication and coordination skills, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  5. Possesses strong organizational and planning skills and is capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  6. Proficient in office software and具备 data analysis skills.
  7. Demonstrates a strong team spirit, actively integrates into the team, and assumes corresponding work responsibilities.
