In-Mold Decoration (IMD)

We adopt continuous forming machines from renowned industry brands, including 150T–500T high-pressure single-station forming machines, multiple punching machines, as well as dedicated foil feeding units for IMD processes and TOM vacuum laminating equipment.

The workshop is built to Class 100,000 cleanroom standards, equipped with air showers and cargo air showers. We follow strict dust-proof and anti-static management protocols, and deploy fully automatic feeding systems.

Painting Workshop

We have 5 painting production lines, including 1 water-based painting line, along with 13 painting robots and 4 flat painting robots.

This is a Class 10,000 cleanroom equipped with air showers and cargo air showers. Strict dust-proof and anti-static management standards are implemented throughout the area.

We are also equipped with 8 sets of 2KS & 3KS mixing systems.

Hydrographic Printing Workshop

The entire workshop is equipped with integrated automatic Hydrographic printing equipment, enabling fully automated operations covering transfer printing, water washing, constant-temperature drying and surface topcoating.

It is fitted with 2KS & 3KS mixing systems, automatic air-drying systems and snow effect systems.

This is a Class 10,000 cleanroom equipped with air showers and cargo air showers, where strict dust-proof and anti-static regulations are enforced.

Injection Molding Workshop

We use injection molding machines from leading brands including Engel, Toshiba and Haitian, with an annual output of over 30 million pieces.

Covering an area of 2,000 square meters, this Class 100,000 cleanroom is equipped with air showers and cargo air showers, with strict dust-proof and anti-static management in place.

A centralized feeding system is adopted. The production process integrates automatic material picking, inspection systems, laser cutting and CCD visual inspection technology.

Assembly Workshop

The workshop is equipped with professional assembly tooling, precision tools and a full range of welding equipment.

We support various welding processes to suit different materials and connection requirements, and are also furnished with finished product testing instruments.

We can deliver a complete set of procedures including installation, fastening, wiring, component integration and functional verification for electroplated parts, electronic components and other accessories.
