Smart Tech Production Workshop
This is a workshop that utilizes the MES system for intelligent management, featuring high cleanliness and adhering to ESD protection requirements. It boasts multiple production lines for flexible ambient lighting, OHC, Smart surface Deco, interior and exterior lighting, as well as multiple PCBA color calibration production lines and fully automated small light production lines;
MES System：Adopting five core mechanisms: work order binding, barcode verification, defective product rework, process traceability and packaging management, the MES system eliminates material errors, missing assembly, material mixing and packaging faults at the source. It replaces manual inspection with mandatory system validation, effectively preventing mistakes arising from human negligence. Materials and product serial numbers are fully associated throughout production to comply with quality traceability requirements. All error-proofing activities are logged, making the entire process auditable and traceable for full production compliance.
Production Management Dashboard：It displays real-time production data and yield rate of each production line. Frontline staff and managers can keep track of production status and adjust work orders in a timely manner.
We are capable of manufacturing reading lights, luggage compartment lights, ambient lights, OHC lights, SmartSurface lights and other lighting products. We own multiple flexible production lines for ambient lights, reading lights and luggage compartment lights, as well as dedicated lines for PCBA color calibration, OHC and SmartSurface products. In addition, we have one fully automatic production line for luggage compartment lights.
